LCG Info: LCG_97python3 vs. LCG_96c_LS_FCC_1 on x86_64-centos7-gcc8-opt

In this section we compare the list of Packages by Category between two Releases. Release1: 97python3 Release2: 96c_LS_FCC_1 chosen by the user. The comparison is related to a specific platform which is either chosen by the user or taken by default as the first in the list of common platforms between the chosen releases.
