LCG Info: LCG_96b vs. LCG_96 on x86_64-ubuntu1804-gcc8-opt

In this section we compare the list of Packages by Category between two Releases. Release1: 96b Release2: 96 chosen by the user. The comparison is related to a specific platform which is either chosen by the user or taken by default as the first in the list of common platforms between the chosen releases.
