LCG Info: LCG_91python3 vs. LCG_93a on x86_64-slc6-gcc7-dbg

In this section we compare the list of Packages by Category between two Releases. Release1: 91python3 Release2: 93a chosen by the user. The comparison is related to a specific platform which is either chosen by the user or taken by default as the first in the list of common platforms between the chosen releases.
