LCG Info: LCG_81b vs. LCG_84 on x86_64-slc6-gcc49-opt

In this section we compare the list of Packages by Category between two Releases. Release1: 81b Release2: 84 chosen by the user. The comparison is related to a specific platform which is either chosen by the user or taken by default as the first in the list of common platforms between the chosen releases.
