LCG Info: LCG_108_cuda vs. LCG_108a on x86_64-el9-gcc13-opt

In this section we compare the list of Packages by Category between two Releases. Release1: 108_cuda Release2: 108a chosen by the user. The comparison is related to a specific platform which is either chosen by the user or taken by default as the first in the list of common platforms between the chosen releases.
