LCG Info: LCG_106_ATLAS_1 vs. LCG_106_ATLAS_11 on x86_64-el9-gcc13-opt

In this section we compare the list of Packages by Category between two Releases. Release1: 106_ATLAS_1 Release2: 106_ATLAS_11 chosen by the user. The comparison is related to a specific platform which is either chosen by the user or taken by default as the first in the list of common platforms between the chosen releases.
