LCG Info: LCG_104d_ATLAS_9 vs. LCG_104d_ATLAS_7 on x86_64-el9-gcc13-opt

In this section we compare the list of Packages by Category between two Releases. Release1: 104d_ATLAS_9 Release2: 104d_ATLAS_7 chosen by the user.
