LCG Info: LCG_104d_ATLAS_18 vs. LCG_104d_ATLAS_19 on x86_64-el9-gcc13-opt

The comparison is related to a specific platform which is either chosen by the user or taken by default as the first in the list of common platforms between the chosen releases.
