LCG Info: LCG_104c_ATLAS_5 vs. LCG_104b_ATLAS_1 on x86_64-el9-gcc13-opt

In this section we compare the list of Packages by Category between two Releases. Release1: 104c_ATLAS_5 Release2: 104b_ATLAS_1 chosen by the user.
