LCG Info: LCG_101arm_3 vs. LCG_102 on aarch64-centos7-gcc11-opt

In this section we compare the list of Packages by Category between two Releases. Release1: 101arm_3 Release2: 102 chosen by the user. The comparison is related to a specific platform which is either chosen by the user or taken by default as the first in the list of common platforms between the chosen releases.
