LCG Info: LCG_100_ATLAS_3 vs. LCG_100_ATLAS_7 on x86_64-centos7-gcc8-opt

In this section we compare the list of Packages by Category between two Releases. Release1: 100_ATLAS_3 Release2: 100_ATLAS_7 chosen by the user. The comparison is related to a specific platform which is either chosen by the user or taken by default as the first in the list of common platforms between the chosen releases.
